Common questions
Is STCafe only for e‑sevai centres?
It is made for them first, but any shop that bills services, such as computer centres, xerox and print shops, works just as well.
Do I need to install software?
No. STCafe opens in your browser on any computer. On an Android phone or tablet, install the free Stonsys Cafe app from Google Play.
How much does it cost?
STCafe has monthly and yearly plans, and you can try it free first. Current prices are on stcafe.in.
How do WhatsApp bills work?
When you finish a bill, you can send it to the customer's WhatsApp number from STCafe. Each bill sent uses one WhatsApp credit. Credits come with every plan payment, and you can buy more in Settings.
Can you help me set it up?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we will help you add your services and prices.
