Privacy policy
This policy covers this website, stonsys.com. Each of our products (such as STCafe and Toolssys) has its own privacy policy on its own website.
Effective from 8 November 2026.
What we collect
- When you send the contact form: your name, mobile number, email (if you give it), the topic and your message. These are emailed to our team so we can reply.
- When you message, call or email us: what you send us, through WhatsApp, your phone or email.
- Server logs: like every website, our server records basic technical details of each visit (IP address, browser and the page visited) for security.
What we don't do
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, or analytics that follow you across websites.
- We don't sell or share your details for marketing.
The contact form uses one temporary cookie to protect it against misuse. It is removed when you close your browser.
How we use your details
Only to reply to you, and to follow up on what you asked about (for example a demo or a website quote).
How long we keep them
Contact messages are kept in our email for as long as we are in touch with you, and for our records after that, unless you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email grievance@stonsys.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 63805 88578.
